Online by Credit Card:
Step 1: Simply browse or search our site to find the products you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button (don't worry, you can always remove them later if you change your mind). When you add an item to your cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page, which shows you what is in your cart. From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
Step 2: Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. We'll need to know your name and address (don't worry, we won't pass your details on to anyone else) and you should enter an easy-to-remember password of your choice so you can save time when you shop with us in the future. Once you have filled in all your details, click the "Submit" button.
We use address verification software to help ensure that the address you enter is correct. Your address data is automatically matched against Australia Post's list of postal addresses to verify that it exists, and all addresses deemed to be either incomplete or inaccurate are identified for your correction or confirmation before proceeding to the payment details section. This helps to minimise incidences of items going astray or being returned to us undeliverable.
Step 3: The final screen in the checkout process is the credit card details page. Here you can check over your order and edit your shipping details if they are incorrect. Once you are happy that all details are correct, simply enter your credit card details and click only once on the "Process Order" button. When you enter your address and your credit card details, all your information is encrypted for safe transmission to our warehouse. Our staff only have access to your order and delivery details. Over the Phone by Credit Card:
If you prefer, you may order by phone. It is a good idea to go through steps 1 and 2 above and click through to the credit card details page simply to print it off. This way, you will have the full details of your order in front of you when you call. Simply Freecall 1800 891 183 and one of our friendly customer service staff will be happy to take your order. Our lines are staffed 8.00 am to 8.00 pm (EST) Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 4.00pm (EST) Saturday and closed Public Holidays.
Post Order with Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card details:
It is possible to place an order by post and enclose your credit card details, a cheque or money order for payment. Please make cheques and money orders payable to AXIS. However, you do run the risk of items in your order becoming unavailable by the time your order is received through the post. If you do adopt this ordering method, please print off your order from the web site as outlined in steps 1 and 2 above and post it with your cheque, money order or credit card details to

Please also ensure that you include your daytime phone number and email address so that a customer service representative may contact you if an item has become unavailable. You may then choose an alternative item.
Fax Order with Credit Card details:
You may fax your order through to Freefax 1800 624 382. Again, please print off your order from the web site as outlined in steps 1 and 2 above, add your credit card details, daytime phone number and email address and fax it through.

How will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped in plain packaging via Australia Post Express or by Toll Ipec. For more information, see our
Delivery section.
What if I'm not home?
For our Australian customers, if there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention AXISshop in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a card advising you that delivery was attempted.
