How much will it cost to ship my order?
Freight is charged at $12 for the first 9 units or less, plus $0.50 for every item over and above 9 units. Total
freight capped at $49 for any one order.

Is it safe to use my credit card here?
Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and
credit card details remain confidential. At no time do we transmit insecure
personal information over the Internet.
What
credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Bankcard (Australia), Diners Club, MasterCard
and Visa.
What
will my credit card statement show?
Your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and your statement will report your purchase as "AXIS AUSTRALIA".
How
will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped in plain packaging via Australia Post Express or by Toll Ipec. For more information, see our

you ship to…?
We ship anywhere in Australia. All our product is shipped from Canberra. If you are travelling overseas we do recommend that you check the
country's customs policy for the product you are taking. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are
seized by customs in your destination country. Likewise, we can accept no responsibility for any taxes or duties that may

What if I'm not home?
For our Australian customers, if there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office.
Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and
you will not need to mention AXISshop in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a
card advising you that delivery was attempted. More information is available on our Delivery page.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, to Australian P.O. Boxes.
